To register and use the 777dk Platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions at registration and throughout your use of the service:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777dk strictly prohibits gambling by anyone under 21, consistent with responsible gaming principles and the protection of minors.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

• You have not previously had a 777dk account closed or terminated for breach of these Terms.

• Funds may only be withdrawn to a mobile wallet account verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

777dk does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for checking applicable charges with their payment provider before initiating transactions.

All bets placed on the 777dk Platform are subject to the rules applicable to each specific sport, game, or event type. By placing a bet or joining a game, you confirm you have read and accepted the applicable rules. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming categories:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or submission of fraudulent identity documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that may expose 777dk to legal or regulatory risk.
• Receipt of a lawful request from a government authority, financial regulator, or law enforcement agency in Bangladesh or any other relevant jurisdiction.

Upon permanent account closure for cause, all bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances funded exclusively by the player's own deposits will be returned via the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance review, provided no legal hold applies.

All content on the 777dk Platform — including website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 777dk or its licensed game providers and content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written permission of 777dk. Automated scraping of odds data, game data, or any other Platform data is strictly prohibited.
